Congratulations on the approval and date. I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU. May i ask what kind of insurance you have, how long it took for approval and what hoops you had to jump through?

I am sure you will do fine on the surgery and the person that said you were giving your son a wonderful gift is SO right.
