Well, it looks like I MIGHT have to give up coffee. What I thought was a gall bladder attack last week may have been an ulcer. I had the same symptoms yesterday but far more muted. It was after I'd had protein coffee and nothing else that it started, so I didn't have any this morning and so far so good. I have an appointment with my surgeon's office next Tuesday so I'll bring it up then and hopefully they can do some testing.
Yesterday:
B - protein coffee
S - pretzels
L - greek yogurt protein shake
S - TJs apple cranberry bran muffin
D - mousaka
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
72 oz. fluids, 83g protein, most of my vits (forgot iron and one dose calcium)

B- 1/2 of a shrimp & crab omelet with feta cheese topped with salsa
S- 2 mini reese's peanut butter cups and 1 mini special dark (not that I think being mini makes it much better for me... just stating the size)
L- Homemade beef & navy bean soup (it was delicious) and 1/2 crabcake with green beans.
S- 1 mini krackel bar
D- 1/2 Orange Roughy stuffed w/ crab imperial, steamed carrots and some salad.
62 oz. fluid, all vitamins and 62 grams of protein

Snack- Small granny smith apple with peanut butter
All fluids and vitamins
