Angie -

I'll echo your ICK! when it comes to your breakfast!!!!  Variety, girl!!!  That's the key!!!

Remember, you don't HAVE to eat breakfast foods for breakfast!!!  As long as it meets your protein requirements and you can stomach it, have at it!!!!

When I have a bit of time later, I'll PM you a bunch of suggestions.  If you don't get something from me by the end of the day, PM me!!

Hugs,

Tia

Working on variety... Today I had meatballs... ROFL...  I can't eat an entire serving (frozen, using the package...) but I can eat enough to make it easier on me to hit the rest of my protein... AND they aren't scrambled eggs... soooo sick of them! LOL

Try Greek Yogurt with splenda & sf strawberry preserves or other flavor. FULL of PROTEIN!  Hope this helps.

I can't find Greek Yogurt... wahhh!  I need to get to the Giant out on Rt. 40 in Catonsville or maybe SuperFresh up on Security...   I looked all over York and found none...

Angie - try Super Fresh first.  The one in Westminster at least has a VARIETY of Greek yogurts.

OK so The Feed Bag is for what you ate yesterday and not what you are eating today right?  If that is the case, I will start tomorro because I attended a funeral yesterday and I can't possibly list all of the good country cooking dishes I ate - lol.  But, I will tomorrow!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

Beth -

Well, I initially started it as a "What are you eating today?" post, but not everyone prepares ahead, so often, people couldn't list what they were going to eat.

Feel free to list what you ate yesterday and what you plan to eat today - either or both.  I do a lot of prep on the weekend and in the evening, because I loathe having to think about it!!  LOL!!!

Thanks for playing!!
