Just wanted to let you all know that Aaron arrived safely in West Virginia last night, after about a 5-6 hour drive.

Not sure what time he actually arrived, because he texted me at about 11 p.m. EST, and I'm sure he'll be busy the next couple of days with his grandfather's funeral, etc.

He has been given STRICT orders to keep me updated, to rest and take care of his leg. And he's scared of me, so you can be sure he'll be compliant!! I, in turn, will update all of you.

I know he appreciates all of your good thoughts and prayers, so on his behalf, thanks!

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

I am majorly swamped, but thought I would take a few minutes to try to catch up a little bit. Had a good but cold and wet weekend in Gettysburg and got to meet Julie! What a doll. Can't wait to spend more time with her.
