Yea I love Duff to and I got to speak to him on a AM radio show I listen to. I wanted a cake for my oldest and was told also almost a grand... Wow what a lot but he does great work....Congrats on the cake...

How cool is that!!!! I bet your daughter was just beside herself!! I love "Ace of Cakes!" I'm a Food Network-aholic!! LOL!!! There used to be a show on, "Sugar Rush," with Warren Brown, who owned a shop called "Cake Love." Well, one opened up in Canton, and I'd heard SO much about it that I couldn't wait to try their cupcakes. I was sooo disappointed!!!!! What a letdown!!
Glad your daughter had so much fun! I think the starting price for the cakes used to be $500, because a friend of mine wanted a groom's cake from there, but I guess fame has allowed them to raise their prices.
