MONDAY FEED BAG

So, how did everyone do with eating over the holiday weekend?  I was bad and had candy every day, but I threw the rest of it away so I don't have that tempation anymore!! 

Yesterday:

B - greek yogurt pineapple protein shake

L - turkey jerky
     mini caramel corn rice cakes
     jelly bellys

D - ham, spoonful of mashed potatoes, spoonful corn
       chocolate

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

66 oz. fluids, 70g protein, most of my vits

Had a wonderful weekend!  I passed through the "220's" and entered the "'teens".......the last time i was this size was in 7th grade!  We had so much food at all of our Easter celebrations/gatherings.  I sent everything home with people.......but they refused 2 of the desserts so I'll take them to work tomorrow to give to the nurses.  I'm OK with them in the house 'till tomorrow......i don't want to eat them because i know how bad i'll feel from them. 

Yesterday..........

B: realized on the way to church that i had forgotten to eat....i think thats a first for me.

L: went to golden corral after church with jason's family.....i gotta give that place kudos for their SF and NSA desserts!  Had 1/4ish cup of rice, 1/4ish cup of burbon street chicken, picked at a chicken thigh, 1/4ish cup of cabbage, few bites of okra, 1 bite of a roll with honey butter (I could kill 4 or 5 of 'em pre op!) and a sliver of NSA strawberry cheesecake

D:  i hosted the whole family.....so i was busy!  i didn't measure or weigh anything.....everything was enough for 2 or 3 bites.....kielbasa, sauerkraut, pierogi, ham, green beans, corn casserole, devilled egg.  Dessert: my SF dirt cake.  I was busting.......very uncomfortable....and then realized that I should have taken off the "body shaper" to eat =)

I am not even going to go here today... This weekend was THAT bad.

Yesterday the only solid thing I held down was saltines...  I did manage to kill 5 crystal light popsicles though... Liking those!

Today has been much much better!  AND I might even hit my protein goal!
