Hi MD Board !!
I had surgery on Tuesday and I need a little help. Shopping online is cool but sometimes I prefer to walk into an actual store and buy products. Where can I find protein puddings and other protein products? I also need liquid vitamins.
I have a few online links but I was wondering if you guys go to any actual stores.
Also, I look forward to shopping in thrift stores once I start dropping sizes. Can you recommend a few?
Thanks in advance.

I searched all over for the right liquid vitamines and what I found is online you should check it out. http://www.lifelinefoods.com/index.htm
Now the other things you asked about, I'll just sit back and wait for the responses for myself as well.

I like the Vitamin Shoppe. I found they had more to choose from than GNC. They also have several single serving shake pouches so you can try some things before you buy in bulk. I have found a number of supplements there that were liquid, chewable, or sublingual. Feel free to ask the store for help. It sometimes, takes a little time to go through all of the varieties of things they have there.
Hello and welcome to the Maryland Board. Congrats on your surgery!
I'm with Debbie on the Vitamin Shoppe for some supplements, protein powders, drinks, and bars. I only had to do liquid iron and calcium for the first month and then was put on regular pills. For my multi-vitamin I take the Centrum Chewables. For protein pudding, you can buy sugar-free pudding in any store and then add protein powder to it.
I haven't had to shop in any thrift stores yet as I kept alot of my clothes down to size 16, since then I've been lucky to find great things in the sales racks of regular stores. However, I hear very good things about the Goodwill stores.
Hope that helps,
Heather
