Hey all!  i go in for my first lymphatic drainage session at the specialist at 9 am today!  I hope this is the answer to my relief.  I'm also on death watch.  I have a suitcase packed and in the trunk of my car.  My grandfather developed pneumonia and the doctors told the family that this is probably it for him.  I did all my crying yesterday when mom told me so now it's time to be strong.

much love to you all!

((( Aaron )))

Thinking of you.

Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Good Luck Aaron!

You should be getting drained as I type this...  Hope it is going well!!

I totally feel your pain.  I was on this path just a month and a half ago, and spent over a week with my suitcase in the car.  I still glare at it sitting in the garage because I haven't unpacked it - just in case...  :(  I know things feel tough right now, but remember we are all here thinking of you and your family!

Aaron,

Hoping you are feeling some relief now due to the lymphatic draining.  My heart goes out to you regarding your Grandfather; I was very close to my Grandmother  and even 20 years later, I think of her and miss her very often!

If you need to talk/vent/cry ... you have my number.

xoxox,
Ren
