I am not ready to add carbs LOL
I can't even fit in enough to get all my protein yet.. I am getting there though! If I could eat the same few meats all the time I would get it in, but alas I am to easily bored!
Pizza on them sounds yummy... now I just gotta get to where I can tolerate more stuff - I know I have to be patient, but my patience is wearing thin!

i also exercise 3-4 times per week....cardio and strength.....so i'm sure she took that into consideration with the carb intake. most days i'm between 80 and 100g of carbs....some days i'm higher, some lower. most of my carbs come from milk, yogurt and fruit.....days that i have a tortilla, crackers, or toast are usually days that i get up into the 100-120g mark.
she said that our bodies are happiest when we're around the 120g mark. go figure....i definitely learned something new from her!

I am thinking I need to get back in touch with my NUT. I only met with with her once before my surgery, and now I am kinda floundering on finding new things my pouch will like at just one month out...
She will tell me what I need to change and add, etc.
Gonna ask for an appt with her at my one month follow up on Wednesday!
