Yesterday...
B - scrambled egg w/Cheee (again!)
L - Ham/Turkey and cheese rolled around cottage cheese (again)
S - Cottage Cheese
D - Meatball (big, 3 oz one! and a new food for me!)
I did good yesterday! 67 oz fluid, all my vits and 58g of protein without a shake!
I admit, I ate my other meatball from dinner today for breakfast, and I also have a vitamin in my mouth that I am trying hard to swallow but am still convinced I might spit it out :(
That is a good thought! Do you eat them on??? Saltines are the only carbs I have tried so far at all... Kinda scared there still!
I do have ribs in the oven for tonight... They is my next adventure into the world of food... Gonna bake them til they fall apart and then grill them for a few minutes... Tender is my goal!
