So, what's everyone been eating?  I went light in the morning because of the issues I had the night before.

Yesterday:

B - protein coffee

L - pb pretzels
      pb
      apple sauce

S - protein bar

D - chicken caesar salad

80 oz. fluids, 63g protein, all my vits!

NEXT!!!!

Hey girlie!!!  Hope you're feeling better today!!

Yesterday:

B - Greek yogurt, apples, TVP

L - Salad, steak, baked sweet potato, dinner roll

And that was it for me, since Randy told me he still doesn't like steak.  And proved it to me!! UGH!!

All my fluids, all my vits!!

Thank you wonder twin...Oscar is still talking quite a bit but handled salad well last night. 

Glad Randy is feeling better...step away from the steak!!!

Thursday:

B - Body Fortress protein shake

L - Handful of peanuts (shells on the floor WHEEEE!!!), salad, 3 oz steak, mushrooms

D - 2 Homemade tacos w/ beans

Yesterday......

B: Dannon Light and fit with sliced almonds

S: 2% string cheese

L: 3 oz. chicken and feta in tomato sauce, 1/2 cup spinach

S: apple with peanut butter

D:  1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup brown rice

S:  1/2 cup Edy's NSA mint chocolate chip ice cream

Yesterday...

 B - scrambled egg w/Cheee (again!)

L - Ham/Turkey and cheese rolled around cottage cheese (again)

S - Cottage Cheese

D - Meatball (big, 3 oz one!  and a new food for me!)

I did good yesterday!  67 oz fluid, all my vits and 58g of protein without a shake!

I admit, I ate my other meatball from dinner today for breakfast, and I also have a vitamin in my mouth that I am trying hard to swallow but am still convinced I might spit it out :(

After the meatball showed me I could get my protein in last night without a shake, I might start eating them every day!  Or at least more "real" meat! LOL  Tired of cottage cheese and scrambled eggs!

thats exactly what led me to my semi-obession with tuna melts.......20 grams of protein and its wayyyyyyy yummier than any protein shake.  =)

That is a good thought!  Do you eat them on??? Saltines are the only carbs I have tried so far at all...  Kinda scared there still!


I do have ribs in the oven for tonight...  They is my next adventure into the world of food...  Gonna bake them til they fall apart and then grill them for a few minutes... Tender is my goal!
