my 3 year bandiversary!  What an incredible and amazing journey.  I have 3 races scheduled in the next 8 weeks.  If someone would have told me I would be a runner (and like it) 3 years ago - I would have told them they were crazy.  I can't imagine where I would be if I didn't have this surgery.

Thank you Dr. Brader for being a great coach!

Have a great weekend!

Congratulations on your 3 year Bandiversary! You look great and more importantly, it sounds like you feel great too! Thank you for sharing. It means a lot to see someone who is so far out and still successful. You are role model!

Again, Congratulations!

Congratulations!!

I cannot imagine the joy you get from running yet, but I am hoping to learn about it once some of the weight comes off!

Enjoy knowing you made it work!

Happy Bandiversary!  I can't imagine being a runner even at a much lower weight.  I wish you continued success!

Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement.  I celebrated by going to a women's only running store and had a fitting for a good pair of running shoes - really a great experience.  I think I can already run faster and farther... LOL.  Here is to another year of successes for all of us!!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!
