What exactly does the pay scale numbers mean?  Should I be even trying to figure it out...

Got it :)

I am not seeing much on USA jobs that interests me... Admin Assistant is what I truly am trained in, or customer service, and everything I see in that area seem to be for the Navy or DOD...
