Need Advice
As most of you know *grins* I am 3 weeks post op...
I did something kinda dumb yesterday and lifted a box at work that weighed 23lbs.
I have been trying so damn hard to make sure I stayed under 20lbs as ordered! BUT I really didn't judge this one as well as I thought, and didn't know it was over until I put it on the scale... I did have someone remove it from the scale for me!!
BUT since yesterday evening I have had a pain in my left side, and now I am worried that extra 3lbs did damage to something. I have more of a stitch in my side I guess, but it is something that hasn't hurt before yesterday...
Could I have done something bad? Should I be calling Dr. A's office? I go in next Wednesday...

I would give it another day and see how you feel. No more doing that again, OUCH! It has only been 3 weeks but everything in there is still really sore I am sure. Well I know but we heal from the outside in. Keep that in mind and get some rest. Now if you are having issues with drinking and there is pain, call the doctor ASAP.
