B:  Dannon Light and Fit with grape nuts

L:  made a taco salad from the salad and soup bar (got chili as the "meat") at Giant..

S:  28 salt and vinegar almonds....i count out my "serving" (my new favorite snack!)

D: (dinner and game night with friends) crock pot pot roast, a few little carrots, wedge of potato, some broccoli

S: my SF dirt cake (they only knew it was SF 'cause *I* was eating it!)

S #2 (needed more protein for the day):  2 oz. deli ham with 1 piece of 2% cheese
