Tuesday's FEED BAG
Since Tia is on vacay this week, I thought I'd start the Feed Bag thread for the day. So, how did you all do with eating yesterday?
Yesterday:
B - greek yogurt pineapple protein shake
S - protein coffee
L - mexican casserole
chocolate
D - greek yogurt w/NSA cherry pie filling
64 oz. fluids, 77g protein, all but one dose calcium (grrrr!!)
NEXT!!!

I didn't do well yesterday. I wasn't feeling well due to lack of sleep and allergies so I went back to an old habit of calling dinner in. Someone spank me!
Yesterday:
B- Greek Yogurt w/ NSA Blackberry jam
L- Salad topped with fried chicken strips
D- 1/3 of a 1/2 of a cheesesteak sub and ff w/gravy
S- NSA Vanilla Bean ice cream with SF Caramel Sauce

L - TB Pintos and Cheese
S - Cottage Cheese
D - Veg Beef Soup
Fluids not so good, 48oz, Vits got half in... Protein, Don't even want to calculate.
39 g.
Gotta get better... Gotta get better... Today is going better, I did manage to drink a protein bullet for 26g of protein, but it SUCKED and I have been queasy since!

Glad to know that feeling wasn't only from me! I had to gag it down... Back to the Isopure for me for a while...
I did make an unjury chicken soup last night and then add beef veg soup to and manage to get it down to up my protein yesterday...
I managed all my protein two days in a row! It is a record!
