B- Greek Yogurt w/ Low-sugar strawberry jelly & splenda
L- 1/2 c. chili
D- small salad topped with fried chicken strips from Shirley's Diner in Catonsville (very good)
Saturday...
B- Greek Yogurt w/ Low-sugar strawberry jelly & splenda
L- Baked Salmon, cheese wedges, fresh veggies w/ ranch, 4 cheese curls, birthday watermelon (instead of cake.. yay me!) It was my 2nd cousin's 13th birthday party.
D- Sushi
S- NSA Edy's Neopolitian Ice Cream

B- Fried egg, bite of scrapple, 1/4 square of buttered toast
L- 2 oz corned beef brisket
D- steak, 2 bites of scalloped potatoes and green beans

B - had an early lunch and no breakfast so I guess it was brunch!

B - Chicken breast, biscuit
L - Med popcorn (Race To Witch Mountain!)
D - BBQ chicken leg, 1/4 cup slaw, corn niblet

I didn't do bad food wise over the weekend, I don't think... Not getting quite enough protein yet... Fluids I don't even want to talk about, did get my of my vitamins, but I think I need to explore and find a new brand - do ANY of them taste good? I got samples and tried Bariatric Advantage and Celebrate... I hate the actual multi on Celebrate, but could do the calcium from them... I hated BA's calcium, but thinking i might order the chocolate chews next time and try that.... On Bariatric Fusion right now and hating them after a few weeks.
Maybe I am just too easily bored! Anyone jump around month to month? Bad idea or good idea?

S: Edy's NSA mint chocolate chip ice cream
S: 5 whole grain crackers with tuna and cheese
Saturday......
B: Dannon Light and Fit with grapenuts
L: Boca burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato and 2 slices bacon with grapes
S: almonds
D: El Salto's......a few chips and salsa, shrimp fajitas (1 1/2), 2 spoonfulls of fried ice cream
S: felt sorry for myself b/c i couldn't have more ice cream so I had my Edy's NSA mint cocolate chip
Sunday.......
B: 1 scrambled egg and slice of cheese on rye toast
S: trail mix
L: tuna and cheese wrap, grapes/strawberries, whole grain goldfish
S: 1 oz. cheese, an apple
D: at The Poncabird......crab dip with some toasted pita bread and tortilla chips (yikes!) 1/2 hamburger patty with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion and ketchup
