Wow, first off - great job on your loss!  You oughta be proud of yourself!

My office tells me we need to wait 18 - 24 months post op minimum before we can start considering any kind of surgery in that aspect.  I don't know if it's a health insurance thing or whatnot.

I know the feeling, mine is starting to hang down, and I've got another 80 pounds to go, slowly because I'm a Bander.   But hang in there, it'll be well worth it!

Besides, if you have it done soon, and still lose weight afterwards, might you have another pannus to remove?  Just a thought?

Congratulations again on your loss!

if the pannus is truly impeding your movement then you candiscuss  have it removed partially  now and then after you are at a settled weight (they want you at your goal weight for at least 6 months before they do a tummy tuck which is different than a pannus removal) you can discuss a tummy tuck.

talk to the surgeon.

Wow you have lost alot of weight and should be so happy.. It sounds as if you are struggling too. I dont know if I would do diet pills.. I think you should talk to your doc about the pills and your stomach problem too. Done get to discouraged... I have not had surgery but am in the planning process.. I cant imagine how you must feel. I do wish you well and if I can help in any way let me know...
