First Post Op Appt
Hi, I'm so glad everything went well for you. I didn't have the same surgery so things went a little different for me shakes are good
& filling. My first solid food was chicken which did not agree with me. everything is trial & era.
Just chew chew & chew & make sure all is moist. I'll have to try shrimp that sounds good.

still strugglin i have a hard time every day i have no incentive.
i blame it on my age
