WEDNESDAY'S FLUID CHECK & NYC WEATHER

A-MEN!!  But in SOME of the stores, it's fun to dream and often, to poke fun at the hideous stuff with the ridiculous price tags!!  Last year, I took a picture of a FUGLY $1300 purse and sent it to my niece, who just the week before, complained that Macy's had purses for $150!!!!  LOL!!!

LOL!  I'm hoping to find a 1500 knockoff purse for 15 bucks and hope that it's gonna last me.  LOL!


Anyone try the NY Skyride in the Empire State Building?

Is anyone volunteering to be a tour guide for the trip?  Or are we on our own?  I'm honestly getting worried about being lost in NY
. 

The skyride isn't good for people who are claustrophobic, get motion sickness, etc.  I didn't try it because I AM claustrophobic.  Plus, when we went, it had a weight limit - although I don't remember what it was.

Well, I THINK that I, along with Boxer Heather, Darla and her two friends, Kathy (if she goes), and whomever else wants to, are going to bungee strap ourselves together!!!! 

Seriously, Darla's a wergin, and I've kind of mapped out what I did on my first trip, and it seems amenable to her, so we're going to:

5th Avenue
Carriage ride through Central Park
Times Square

Essentially, midtown Manhattan.  You and Jerry, of course, are welcome to come with.....we'll probably do Times Square last, because our dinner reservation's at 3:30 at Carmine's, and of course, Bubba Gump's on Times Square, too.

Trust me, it's actually easy to get around in NYC - there's usually a cop on every corner and most people are pretty friendly, contrary to the horror stories.

Uhhhh.......we haven't talked in a while.  HP may be up in the air for me - I'm having two crowns and two fillings done the day before.  I know the timing sucks, but the one tooth needing a crown is cracked and all that's holding it there is a filling!!

Also, Aaron may not be going.  He'll decide in the next few days.  Personally, I don't think it's a good idea for him to be on his legs for that long.
