Hello and Welcome to the MD Board. I hope you find this board as information, fun and supportive as I have!
As far as exercise I always loved when I could get up at 5am and make it to the gym then but I dont have that as an option to me anymore. But I still workout at night right afterwork and that suits me fine.
As far as what type of exercise I do step aerobics, treadmill, weight training and I see a personal trainer.
