Hello to all I just wanted to say thanks to all who attended the Crofton Support Group last night. This was my 1st support group and I really learned alot. I am so glad that for the 1st time I felt accepted and not judged by my weight. I see that whatever decision I make it will be my choice and only I can make that choice. What might be good for someone else might not be the best for me. I appreciated the chance to see the photos. They made me feel like crying... I could not believe the transformations that I saw.. I also got to put faces with some who I have talked with on the OH Board.. I have alot to think about and am happy to see that everyone supports each other. It was a great meeting.. Thanks again...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE those girls (and Chris) lol at the Crofton support group. I was not able to make it last night because I work partime Monday evenings but I usually try and make it when I can. I will def be at the next one on the 8th! I really look forward to meeting you then! Hope you can make it!

It was nice to meet you too. I was in your exact situation in August and was terrified to go to the support group meeting. Now, everytime I go I come out feeling empowered and know more and more that I am making the right decisions.
