Good Morning Nessa, Glad to hear your  baby is better.. Sorry about Brian men are whimps when it comes to their health and docs. I have never had a salt bagel but it sounds to good.. You are working some long hours be careful not to burnout. I ahve been looking at the ETHNIC CHICKEN and its great .. You put alot of time into that...Thank God for girl children and cheers to her for doing the floor well. I wish I could get my 16 year old son to do the floor...I can wish right???? Good Morning to anyone I missed. Its so hard to keep up and not miss anyone. I dont want to 4get a one of you.. Today I am thankful for...

1) Last night I made it to yes my 1st support meeting.. What a great eye opening experince... People who have had surgery to people who are getting ready.. I had a good time and I felt right at home...

2) I am so thankful for Tylenol as I  had a headache last night but now feel facial pain and cant get air.. I think sinus infection..I hate it....It makes you miserible and feel like crap...

3) I am thankful to be alive and able to sspend another day on this earth....

4) Thankful for all of you....


 HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE......

Which support group did you attend?  Have you attended any info sessions with any surgeons?

Tia, I went to the Crofton meeting with Kelly. I had a nice time and for the 1st time in my life I felt accepted not judged.I heard from banders and also rny people to. I also got to see pictures and felt like crying when I saw the transformation. I have had my mom with me the past month and I cant leave her to do anything. I was so happy hubby was off yesterday and watched her while I went to that meeting. She doesnt want anyone to take care of her but us and this makes it so hard on me. So  the answer to surgeons is no not yet. I am going to try and get a place at one of the info sessions at Bayview soon. I will hope it can be on Monday as hubby is off that day. I am still on this journey and hopefully I can be able to feel as good as everyone else does soon.Thanks for your support and help during this phase in my life....

Morning!

Oh poor Happy!  It's so much easier when the breeder has the dew claws removed when puppies are about 3 days old!  Boxers have their tails and dewclaws done at the same time.  Bruce is the only one that I have with them and they get caughts all the time...poor guy!  And speaking of nails, I've got to get them all done this week sometime.  All four of them are click click clicking all over the house!

Today, I'm grateful....

1.  For the modern technology of the "interwebs".  I love being in touch with old friends and sharing good memories of the past.  My sister posted some pics of us in High School in Morocco and they are classic 80's with the big feathered hair and 80's clothing.  It's pretty funny actually.

2.  For my life.  Even with all of it's ups and downs, it's good to be alive and to be getting healthier by the day!

3.  For Saturday being just 4 days away!!!!  Watch out NYC!

Well, MIss Hap was a rescue - she'd been thrown from a car, hit by the car behind it and left for dead, so I wasn't gonna put her through any more trauma!!!  Bad Tia, though, for letting her nails get too long!!!  I felt SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad last night!!!

80's hair - OMG!!!  I was a classic feathered hair girl!!  LOL!!!!

In case I hadn't mentioned this to you - I CAN'T WAIT FOR NYC!!!!  And.......I'm already looking into prices for the fall!!!
