working on my 3rd 32 oz bottle now!
(and pishing like crazy) Yesterday.....
B: 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice 2% cheese, 2 apple slices, 1/2 pc rye toast with light smart balance
S: Dannon Light and Fit w/ 1/4 cup grape nuts
L: 1 pc. chicken feta pita pizza on top of green salad and 1/4 of my cup of lentil soup......from the diner
D: 2 spinach and sausage puff pastry rolls dipped in marinara, raw veggies dipped in low fat caesar dressing
S: 3/4 cup Edy's NSA mint chocolate chip ice cream
B: 1 scrambled egg, 1 slice 2% cheese, 2 apple slices, 1/2 pc rye toast with light smart balance
