Oh, and by the way, you look FABULOUS!  People just need to learn to keep their mouths shut.  Did it occur to her that if you couldn't find what you were looking for, you would ask?   There is a big difference between being helpful and being dowright rude.   I would have been so mad, and my problem is when I get mad, I cry like a baby.    But yes, I definately understand the feeling that people are looking at you wondering why you are looking in that particular section.

I am SO sorry, I know how much this devastated you.  Just "try" to ignore the ignorance of others and come here for support!!!  Yes, we've all been through this - thanks to lack of plastics on my up, I STILL have to shop in plus sizes - my bottom half can wear one side of the store, my top half - the other!!!

Now, be a good girl, and give me the name of the store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awww Sweetie :  I think we all go thru this :  I still find myself going for the 3x size first
when I go to Walmart / Target:  As far as the salesperson : she was ourright RUDE;
I don't blame you for not wanting to patronize her store but I think I would have had to have
found an extra large and made sure she was the one to check you out .    AARRRGGGHHH

ohhh, I had a salesman at American Eagle do that to me when I was 12/14. He pretty much walked away from me, speaking over his shoulder, telling me if I had seen my size online, I should have bought it online. I had been so excited that I could go in there and fit into some of their stuff.

I was so mad, I walked out of the store and stood in the food court at the Columbia Mall, trying not to cry. My sister wanted to go back in and hit the guy, she was so mad.

It's so hard when somebody does that since in my head, I am still a fat girl.

Just remember, you have to remind yourself of the journey you've made and keep reminding yourself of that. I have to go back and look at old photos to remind me of how far I've come.

I am sorry you had to deal with a stupid a--. Some people are so stupid and rude. I know it must have felt like a slap in your face. We should plan a trip to all go there and visit her. She would really have her hands full. I think it would be so darn funny...Hold your head up as $$$$ spends well in other places....So sorry... Hugs to you...

I understand how you feel tho.  I don't even like going out to eat.  I'm a small person with a tiny stomach inside this big ole body.  I feel like waiters look at me funny when I eat so little.  They probably think I'm crazy.  A big girl like me should be able to eat all my meal.  (And I really used to eat every little speck of it.)
