B - Cheese

L - Greek shrimp salad

S - Chocolate cake (I DID say I was tired of it, didn't I?)

D - Chuck steak

All my fluids, all my vits!!!

I ate well yesterday..
B Scrambled eggs with Spinach and Turkey sausage.

L Green Salad with Tuna and Tomatoes.

D Baked Pork Chop with Kale and Beets..

S Grapefruit with handful Almonds.

86oz of fluids all vitamins but forgot Cod Liver Oil...

Well, I had a good day until the evening. I got into the pretzels again last night. I knew I would. I kept thinking about them all the way through both classes in the pool!

B - oatmeal/w skim milk and raisins

S - orange

L - Spinach salad with hard boiled egg and cheese

S - green beans

D - Protein bar

S - pretzels - easily more than one serving.

L - beef/bean burrito w/cheese

S - pretzels

D - it. sausage, onions, tomatoes
      1 small slice carrot cake

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

72 oz. fluids, 73g protein, all but one dose of calcium

B: tuna melt wrap

L: 3/4 cup 3 bean chili w/ cheese, 1/2 cup dirt cake

pre dinner moment of weakness: 2 spoonfulls of dirt cake

D:  cheesesteak wrap and broccoli casserole

S: 1/2 cup Edy's SF butter pecan w/ SF caramel on top

S #2: 5 whole grain cracker w/ herb cream cheese
