Julie thanks so much!

the test was fine. I passed this one easily.

YOU GO NESSA!!!! I walked from my car to my desk at work and that is all I have gotten in today.
But, when I get home I am walking on my treadmill. Hopefully for 30-45 minutes.

Nessa......
    You go girl!

My exercise today has been:

2 miles on my recumbant bike
a short walk with my daughter that was about a 1/2 mile
30 minutes of 2 lb. arm weights

Is that enough? Cuz my poor body says it is! LOL

Cant give u personal stats, as I work out 6 days wk.  However, a lady I met at Dr Roe's office said she was told to burn 600 additional cals per day other than her 1200 cal allotment for standing/breathing etc. if she wanted to keep off the lbs 2-3 yrs after WLS.  There is a tendency to put on 15-20 lbs after 18 mos out and a routine of exercise helps drop them off.  It sound right and sure beats going back to the pouch rules.  all this is second hand info
