STAY ON TRACK!!!!

I've been bad. Not as bad as I used to be, but used to's don't count. It's the hear and now that matters.  I need to refrain from putting things in my mouth just because they are there. 

Today, I strive to have NO CARBS!!!!  No sugars, breads, pasta.

Wish me luck and more importanly, the strength to say NO, and better yet... HELL NO!!!

BTW... there is home made chocolate cake with cream cheese icing and strawberries being served at 1:30.    It's the VP's birthday and everyone is expected to attend.  I feel a full bladder coming on or something at that time.... darn shame I'll have to not be present, but I am just not strong enough today.

Sweetie, you do what you have to do to avoid temptation.  If you were an alcoholic and they were serving drinks, you'd avoid that, too.  Just give the VP your best wishes independently!!

Deb, If anyone can do it....I believe you can! (and Tia of course)... however... I must force myself to believe that I can too. Without that belief, I'll surely falter.

I think it's a good thing for all of us to strive for!!  Let's get those scales moving in the right direction.

Ren, I am trying to stay away from carbs too. I wish you luck and tons of strength. Its the hardest thing to do. I hate those damn carbs...Stay strong and know that all of us are in the same boat...
Its been 12 weeks for me no pasta, bread, sugar. Its been a rough time as these things always call my name...

Today I strive to take the stairs!!   I made this to myself this morning as I was coming out of the parking garage, thinking I can do stairs now, so stop taking the elevator and get that extra work in....and so far I've done it all day and it feels GREAT!!  Especially since there was a day I would of never even entertained that idea, since the knee pain and weight was so horrible.

So I'm pleased with myself today!!

That's great to hear! Congrats on being healthy enough to walk up and down those stairs. I am blessed to be able to do the same now without huffing and puffing and using the handrail to hoist myself up.
