THE FEED BAG
B - Whole grain wrap with spinach, feta and roasted tomato
L - Chicken fajita wrap - Most of 1/2 of a wrap, then the innards of the 2nd half
Two french fries
1 bite of cheesecake
1 slice of chocolate on chocolate cake
D - 1 small slice of cheese pizza, 1 small slice of meatsauce pizza
1 slice of vanilla on chocolate cake
Really not too bad, but so not what I'm accustomed to!!! Bring on my Greek shrimp salad for lunch today!!!

B - weight control oatmeal/ skim milk and raisins
S - orange
L - Spinach salad w/hard boiled egg and cheese
S - Cheese stick
D - Lipton chicken noodle soup (I know the sodium is too high)
S - Pretzels - did not really need these, but ate them anyway.
Well, today is another day!
My day started out okay but lack or planning on my end did not help me at all. I hadn't planned on going out last night until my daughter called me and invited me to go. Thought I'd get some food to eat at the elks lodge, but they had nothing other than pizza and spaghetti. They sometimes have chicken or tuna salad.
B- 4 whole grain crackers with two cheese rounds
L- Vegetable Crab Soup
D- double cb with half the bun (McDs)
S- 1/2 the cheese off of a slice of pizza (cuz it was there)
1/2 small fruit and yogurt (McDs) (cuz it was there)
2 snack size twix bars (cuz they were there)
I'm unhappy to report my scale coasted two lbs in the wrong direction this morning!
Today is a new day and I will do what it takes to move back into the right direction.

D - TJ's BBQ Chicken Teryaki w/snow peas
small slice carrot cake
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
72 oz. fluids, 91g protein, all my vits

DON'T be so sure you don't dump - it could be that you dump at 21.5 grams - trust me, don't get too complacent!!! You just may not have reached "that point." And you're better off not knowing!!!

L - 1/2 of side salad w/grilled chicken
S - almonds and string cheese
D- 1/4 c salad and tilapia (Which I ate way too fast and it didn't stay down for long)
Bad day yesterday. I forgot to drink, I think that I only consumed about 8oz. The silver lining is that I remembered my vits.
