Good morning Mercedes!!!! Yes, we are very good friends here!!! It helps that we have that common bond of obesity......and insanity!!! We have a great time when we get together and try to welcome each person into our circle!!

Tia Glad you had a great bday and I love the salads too. I have tried that Crystal Light I caught it on clearance at Shoppers for $1.25 a box.. So guess what I did... Cleaned em out....

Today I am grateful for
1) Good haircolor that hides grey..
2)A good pedicure and manicure...
3) Coldstone chocolate cake batter ice cream.. I cheated yeserday and it was damn good...But I am back on track today.Glad I have that strength....
4) Glad to be making progress on getting my bathroom done as it has been out of commission for 8 months. We have had to share one shower...
5) Thankful for all of you here and knowing that your smiling faces are always here...
