Oh, I don't even know that I want to post for the next few days of bday dinners and cakes!! YIKES!! But, I have to take heart in the fact that I've come a long way - even though it's not ALL the way!!
B - Protein drink in coffee
Whole grain bagel w/pb
L - Greek shrimp salad
S - Almonds
D - 1 piece of Caddy Fries (don't ask)
Two chicken strips
Baked potato
Side salad
AD - Carrot cake
Oreo ice cream
All my fluids, all my vits!!

Hang in there, Tia! It is hard not to treat once in a while. The difference now, as you so often tell us , is that when we do treat now, it is not like we used to do in the old days. So you enjoy it in a controlled fashion and move on!
Yesterday...
B - Weight control oatmeal w/skim milk and raisins.
S - Orange
L - Lean Cuisine lemongrass chicken It had whole grain brown rice in it. I seemed to handle it OK. I rarely eat anything with rice anymore.
S - Small salad (just lettuce) with cheese and a little balsamic dressing
D - Protein bar
Now, come on, Deb, you KNOW I'm better at barking orders at all of you as opposed to listening to myself!! LOL!! But you're right, I'm NOT stressing out over this. In the past, I would've had a huge dinner, cake and ice cream with the family, another piece of cake as I was cleaning up and cake for breakfast this a.m.!!! I've come SOOOO far!!!
I, too, don't tolerate much rice well at all, but like you, I can handle it okay in the LC meals. They're good when you're in a hurry!

I can't avoid cake this week either!!! its been EVERYWHERE the past couple of days. I literally felt like I was going to crawl out of my skin Monday night while I was making cupcakes for my nephew's birthday. Cake and pasta are the 2 things that make me ill...Ahhh!

L - panko breaded chicken

S - turkey jerky
4 mini caramel corn rice cakes
D - sauteed shrimp and salad
S - s/f russel stovers coconut egg
LNS - skim milk w/splenda
78 oz. fluids, 69.5g protein, all my vits.
NEXT!!
L - Cream of chicken soup
D - Broth from ham/bean soup (homemade same day) and SF jello
S - LF yogurt
....woohoo, today is soft protein...I need to chew something!
