3 THINGS FOR HUMP DAY!!
I went to a brand new dentist on Monday. My old one opened a new practice that logistically was not convenient. I will know better how I feel about the new one after they do the major work in May. This whole incident is my fault, I fear. I knew I needed work done later last year. At first I was waiting until the new benefits started as I had already maxed out my dental benefits last year. Then this year, I had good intentions. I just let time get away from me. I don't usually procrastinate the dental stuff - so lesson learned!
Today I am grateful for:
1} all the support I receieve here~ even though I have not met anyone as of yet, you all seem like extended family to me~ you let me whine when I need to, you answer questions, and you give the best support ever! I love you all!
2} icepacks & my TENS unit yet again!
3} that my family is healthy, despite the occassional couple day illness, they are all ok.

1) MPT - they have great educational kid programs on in the morning that occupy Kylie while I can get in the shower!
2) The 5 day pouch test...JFC, IT WORKS!!!
3) All the beautiful spring bulbs that are blooming this time of year. Our one lonely daffodil (planted by the previous homeowners YEARS ago) is open today.
KL's Mommy -
I used to LOVE the Electric Company - I understand it's back? Too bad I gotta work!!!
So, the 5DPT.....I've heard good and bad......good that it sort of "shocks" your pouch back into awareness, but some RNY people have said that they noticed an increase in cravings and other oddities once it's completed.....and the weight came back. Glad it's working for you!!
All of our bulbs are springing, too! Now, if I can just convince Happy that they're NOT food or meant to be pawed at!!!!! LOL!!!

Well I'll tell you how I did when I'm done. I can already tell you it has helped my cravings and I can FEEL when it's time to stop eating. It's also got me refocused on the right foods. I completely forgot how much I love SF Jello!
