anyone going to the sheep and wool festival 1st weekend in may?

I want to go, but I don't want to go by myself.  I've wanted to go for years but never found anyone to drag with me.

i am taking my mom on saturday and then the kids and hubby on sunday. we could meet up there!

I knit and crochet.  I have a spinning wheel, but we aren't the best of friends yet.  I also sew and make jewelry.  I wish I could spend all my time at home playing instead of coming to work everyday!  :(

my mom has tried to teach me to crochet but for some reason i just can do it. my friend from church has taught me how to knit and spin ( i am using her  babe now) hoping to get my own at the festival. i want to learn so bad how to sew. i have been looking for a sewing machine on freecycle but no luck so far. i would live to make my own skirts.  I wish i could be home right now playing with all that stuff:)
