Tia I see you talk about a protein drink in your coffee. Can you tell me what that is? Is the drink just for people who have had wls? If not do you think I could drink it instead of a meal? Where do you buy it as well?
Sorry for all the ?????? Just curious...

Julie -

I understand WHY you apologize all the time for EVERYTHING, but honestly, there's no need.  None of your posts or questions have been offensive, and at least as far as I'm concerned, if something IS, I will tell you!!  All is well, so stop beating yourself up about your behavior/comments/questions on this board.  We're all friends, and all is well.  So STOP!!!

The protein drink that I use is the EAS Advant Edge in French Vanilla.  It's thinner than most protein drinks, which appeals to me.  I buy it at Walmart, it's about $5-6 for a 4 pack, and it's packaging is silver, kind of like beer cans!!!  The chocolate fudge is not bad, either, kind of tastes like a Yoo-Hoo.  I do use them periodically as a meal replacement, but since you're under the instructions of a nutritionist, I'd check with her first.

Tia, I just dont want to hurt anyones feelings or step on anyones toes. I have had people hurt me by comments for so long...I appreciate all you have done since I  have been posting. I am a person who does not want to burden anyone either. I am trying hard to change. I just want to be accepted. I do feel accepted but at times fall back in my old ways.  Thanks for your help... I go to the nut tommorrow...

                                                                                    Hugs,

Doing the 5DPT so...

B - Body Fortress protein shake (chocolate)

L - Cream of crab soup

S - SF pudding

D - Cream of chicken soup

S - SF pudding

Plenty of water and "Better Than Boullion" chicken broth

It's like post op all over again, but it's GREAT!  It's getting me refocused on protein and making me aware of when my pouch is full rather than going past full.

Revised to VSG (6/11/09) weighing 253...
