Pls. Help. Need 2 find WLS-Friendly PCPs/MDs inCecil/HarfordCo., Maryland

I'm Jennifer & I'm new to the MD forum, but not new to OH.com. Due to a series of horible events I've endured over the past year, coupled w/ my worsening health from 'super obesity, I must apply for SSI/ Disability, Medicare or Medicaid, etc. I know I'll be in need of a PCP that will accept that type of 'assistance'; provided Social Security, et al, show a little sympathy toward my case and approve my applications.
So for me its all about the PCPs & other docs being: 1. Size/ WLS friendly w/ size friendly equipment and seating. 2. MUST be Local Cecil County, Maryland or in Harford County [preferably in the Havre de Grace or Aberdeen area]. I cannot drive and will have to rely on friends/ acquaintances take me to appointments/tests. I don't want them to have to go too far out of their way. And in the end, 3. Will accept coverage other than the typical insurers like Aetna, BC/BS, etc.
So if anyone knows of a PCP & OB/Gyn etc., can possibly recommend their own and offer a referral and they're in Cecil County, MD or the towns I mentioned in Harford County [along w/ their details like phone# & such and ur name if it's ur personal doc so I can say that U recommended them] I'd greatly appreciate it. The sooner the better [pref. by mid April].
