Hi Lisa, from another Lisa    There are tons of recipes all over this website. I believe one person (the name escapes me) even put together a WLS cookbook, if he has any left.  You could spend hours searching for WLS recipes. There are a lot of good ones out there!

Hello Lisa I have not had surgery yet and am still deciding which way to go. There are alot of people on this board and you can find out good info here. What kind of surgery did you have and do you like the doc you used? I think someone said there is a wls cookbook out and I am trying to find it to. I am on a nutritionists food plan now and have lost about 12lbs. I started at 322 and am down to 307. I have had no bread, potatoes, pasta or suger for baout 10 weeks now. I hope I can keep this up I hate this weight.. If you have a library near you look online for the system and hold any books that you think might help you. I have weight loss for dummies and will look in that for suggestions and maybe they have a list of books or sites for recipies. Try also to Google weight loss surgery and maybe that will bring somthing up. If you look back at the posts you will see that this week someone posted a recipe for a mock apple pie. She sad shes addicted to it. I think it has grrek yougurt, sugar free apple pie filling and TVP on top. Good luck you have done a great job.. Keep in touch as I live in Crofton not far from you. We all try to support each other here..

Lisa,

Welcome to the Board!  There are a ton of recipes on the Recipes Forum, select Forums -> Weight Loss Related -> Recipes Forum.  Also, do a Google search for the World According to Eggface.  She has a TON of WLS friendly recipes on there.  From time to time, someone on this board will post a recipe or two as well.

Heather
