FRIDAY'S FLUID CHECK

Okay, had my chocolate cake and nsa ice cream.  Small enough piece that hopefully, I won't dump.

So far today, I've had:

40 oz. coffee
20 oz. diet Coke
48 oz. water with s/f apple

18 oz ice tea

Well, technically, it would be a meal.  However, since you called it gunk, we'll make it count toward both.  How's that?

I only like EAS Advant Edge Low Carb RTD's.  I can tolerate Atkins, but no others!!
