11 oz. protein drink
48 oz. water

Waiting my 30 minutes after lunch, then I'll be hittin' the bottle again!!!

getting ready to start on the second crystal light bottle

I love the Power Ade bottles so we buy them at giant 10 for a dollar and pour the vile power ade out and use the bottles for ice and half crystal light half water. Perfect for me.

Wouldn't it be more fiscally responsible to just buy some empty 32 oz. bottles??? LOL!!!

I used to like the Powerade Zero. Now....not so much. I don't like the bad breath it gives me!!

it would be if they were shaped the way I like.

these are pefect. they are shorter and fater and the tops are big enough for ice cubes... and they shake well... one tube of crystal light is for 16 oz of water. this holds 32 oz and it works perfect.y!
