ok i'm semi done

1. 4 minutes on the bike this morning. I was going for 5 but harley wanted to bark at hannah in the yard at  0'dark 30 so not allowed

2. 1/4 mile in under 20 minutes on the 3rd floor  walking with Aaron (my other buddy)

Good for you Nessa you get a pat on the back.. Job well done.. I have ran up  3 flights of steps and did housework. Later I will try to do the tredmill...

Good Job Nessa and Julie

Today is the 2 water classes at the gym :  will not be able to do the cardio/weights
since I am meeting my sister and niece for dinner :  Have not spent much time with sis
lately other then the ER the other day so it will be nice to relax over Chick Filla
Gonna get that fruit cup-  they have a great one there

I brought my clothes so i will do some weights and if i am still standing, treadmill for 15 minutes. it's been awhile for me lol. i'm tired so hopefully i can push myself through it.
