Do I really have to watch this again?

My husband joined karate last week and tonight is karate night. While I love that he's exercising and it makes him feel like a kid again, it scares me to death to see this 330 pound man running around, kicking, and doing push ups. I keep waiting for him to drop over. I hope it warms up enough for me to go outside tonight.

I hear you, Mellie, but like you pointed out, it IS exercising.  Hell, he could drop dead sitting on the sofa in front of the TV.

You have my permission to cover your eyes!!!

Hugs,

Tia

Well good point Tia! Maybe I'll make an excuse to go out to the van and take a really long time going back in.

At 315, I did the treadmill at the cardio's office better than other people half my size!  :)

Try not to worry...  I'm sure he will take a break if he starts to feel bad.

Well it was fine. Actually a neighbor's child joined last night so the mom went and she talked about herself the entire time she was there and distracted me. I think I would rather watch my hunka burnin love than hear her yaking!
