HUMP DAY FEEDBAG???

my calories are high...   ugh way too high over 2000 per day

but my food is basically good (well lunch today was not but the company was worth it)

Yesterday:

B- 2 slices of bacon and cottage cheese w/ peaches

L- some corned beef and cabbage... neither of which was cooked well enough (danged cafeteria)

D- 1/2 Gyro, a few fries and a few bites of a Greek salad.

Forgot meds & vitamins. (Dangit!)

I didn't???  Well, spank my butt pink!!!  LOL!!! 

Sorry, folks, but thanks for picking up the ball and running with it.  Anytime I don't show up by 9 a.m. or so, have at it!!

Yesterday:

B - Protein drink

S - S/F chocolate chip cookies

L - Asian chicken salad

D - Corned beef and cabbage

S - Very small slice of NOT s/f cake

All my fluids, all my vits!!

B- no sugar added carnation instant breakfast
S- greek yogurt mixed with SF peach jam
L- Turkey and Cheddar lunchables (with just 2 of the crackers)
S- Click protein drink... yummo
D-Chicken breast with spinach and artichoke dip on top

All my fluids and most of my vitamins (forgot 1 calcium )
