TVP - TEXTURED VEGETABLE PROTEIN

During my lunch jaunt to the Pikesville Giant, I found it, but didn't buy any.  I have enough food at home to make decent choices, I don't need to be spending $$ I don't have.

It's by Bob's Red Mill, located in the health food aisle, and is about $2.49 for (I think) 10 oz.

I love the idea about the NSA apple but can't stand the apple, but have seen the NSA cherries - I'll do that topping with cherries and no flavor yogurt on my next shopping run.
