Nessa didnt you have a dentist appt? Maybe are you stressed or are you really hungry? Are you eating a meal or munching? You said your weekend had alot of discontent could this be from that? Be good to yourself and dont beat yourself up. Get back on the wls train tommorrow. Its one day at a time and someone said to me today this weight loss thing could even be minute by minute. I thought about that and realized damn she was right. I dont know about you but somethings like stress, worry make me feel like I am starving and I could just eat till the cows come home. I am trying hard to stop that and its hard. Hang in there tommorrow is going to be better...Good night Nessa...

it was just a cleaning.

no this was the typical i'm home it's time for carrots and hummus snack.

i worked till 6

nothing I ate was BAD food.  that's not my problem.  I can manage good food up the ying yang...

no for me it's just A LOT OF FOOD...

CARROTS AND HUMMUS (second time today)
salad with goats cheese avocado and nuts
more almonds (dry roasted no salt)
a healthy choice fudge pop
left over greek chicken (homemade nothing bad in it)

it's not WHAT i'm eating it's HOW MUCH i'm eating.

i have no full meter.... that's one of the reasons I want the surgery.

Nessa,

The good news is that you are aware of your tendancies. The tool will help you manage volume later. Keep on making healthy choices. Also try to experiment with tactics to distract you from food when it is not time for a meal or a snack. For example resolve to step away for 5 minutes before eating a snack. Many times, you can get distracted and avoid it. Try drinking something instead. This gets you in the habit of drinking more and can give you a full feeling for a while.

I admit it is hard pre-surgery. You are faced with all of the challenges you have ever had with dieting. I went through the "last meal" syndrome, choosing things because I might never be able to eat them again. Despite this, in the 9 months before my surgery, I still managed to lose weight. Obviously I did more good than undesireable behavior during this time. You may be surprised to discover the same thing.

So hang in there and just keeping trying to do the best you can.

I didn't have a full meter before surgery either.  :(  Hang tight!  You will get one!  :)

HONESTLY that his my prayer.

IF I can learn what FULL means and LISTEN to it.  I can be thin!

i mean I LOVE:
cottage cheese (2%)
hummus with carrots
salad
fruit
almost all veggies
chicken
FISH

it's just that i eat too much....

avocados and nuts are favs probably because the high fat in them satiates me.

Nessa I can understand where you are coming from. I just thought you might have been stressed. At least you are able to realize whats happening and you will better be able to deal with it. I know you will be stronger once you have the wls...
