WOW cant belive it!!!

i have been tryin really hard to drink 100oz of fluid a day and WOOOOOWHOOOOOO yesterday i drank 144oz OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so excited!!!!!

today i have already had 24oz water and 11oz slimfast!!! i am about to go and get another bottel of water as soon as i am done typin this!!! that will put me up to a total of 59oz ants its not even 10:30 pm wow MAMA is on a roll LOL!!!!!!!!!!

OH AND GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got on the scale this morrin and i am at 291 so thats another 2 lbs for a total of 4lbs so far lost and my goal was 5 lbs this month woooo whoooo!!! i get so happy when i get postive results!!!!!

Tia thank you!!! i am sooo very excited as well!!!! i am on a roll today!!! so thats 2 days in a row and i am hopin to keep the ball rollin!!!

i am even adding in excrise into my day as well!! i was told that as long as i do 3 10 mins workouts it will equal to the 30 min work out and yesterday was the first real day that i was able to do that!!!! having a 2yr old makes it a little harder to fit  a full 30 mins in at one time!!!

Hey, use your 2 year old as a piece of exercise equipment - it'd be fun!

I can see arm lifts, air plane leg lifts with a little one like that!  Or have your child get chased by you!

lol ...i do sometimes!!!! i bench press her sometimes LOL!!!! last nigh****chin amazing race i did 3 reps or 20 with her sittin on my legs and lifted her up!!! oh yea!!!! i try and carry her around sometimes to be an added wait when i walk around!!!  she loves it lol!!!

Congratulatons on both the weight loss and water intake. I know water is one thing I struggle with. I brought my bottle in with me at 7 a.m. when I got to work and I still haven't opened it, it's almost 11 now!

That's wonderful! I have a difficult time forcing myself to drink. It's just something that I do often enough.  I'm glad to see that you are working on good habits now. Congratulations.
