Welcome home and to the loser's bench.  I know how you feel about the handfuls of meds and vitamins.  You'll be good once you work them into your schedule...it's daunting at first.

Walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip.  I find that once you are able to, lying on my left side helps get rid of gas too!

i wish i could lay on my left side, cause that is my sleeping side but ill tell you i cant seem to lay on either side. It hurts on both sides and and i cant lay on my back either for too long, I just feel like a frieght train hit my mid section and the only thing that helps it to sleep sitting up a bit and walking really really really helps.
