Daily exercise- Monday edition

OK I'm really needing to get back on the exercise track so I'm thinking if
I start this post it may give me the incentive to keep going.

Today I plan to do the following:  weight circut/ treadmill
1 hour Reformer Pilates class

Since I have class tonight, I plan to park far from my class and walk to class and from class.
