Friday - B - protein shake and coffee

L - Lobster, shrimp, clams from Crabby Joe's Crab Shack in Fredericksburg - they have the steam pots now.

D - leftover crab nachos

Saturday

B- AJ scramble egg thingie with sausage and potatoes
L- popcorn shrimp and fried okra
D - bbq chicken with brocolli & cheese baked potato dish

Sunday

B - protein drink
L - Baja Fresh steak burrito
D - oven fried chicken with brocolli & cheese
Dessert - sugar free popsicle

All of my fluids but no vitamins this weekend, left my drugs at work.  :(

Good Morning!  I'm almost finished with my cup of coffee this morning

Saturday:

Brunch: lobster & shrimp omelette with feta cheese

Dinner: bbq chicken thigh, french fries ( a couple) and a few bites of cole slaw

Snack: Cheese


Sunday:

Brunch: mushroom & leek scrambled eggs with bacon

Dinner: chicken parmesan with pasta & sausage

Snack- cheese

Friday-

B-  Smartforme Protein Bar
L-  Chicken and broccoli teriyaki
D-  topping from 2 small pieces of pizza

Saturday- 

B-  wheat pancakes w/ protein powder added
L-  triscuits and laughing cow cheese
D-  Chicken salad, pulled pork and bbq beans
S-  Protein shake

Sunday-

B-  Eggs w/ Hormel 30% less fat bacon bits
L-  Chicken Salad
D-  Homemade Kung Pao chicken (recipe from Hungrygirl.com)
S-  Protein Shake

My doc says no protein shakes after 6 weeks, but I really need to up my protein so I'm being bad.  :(

B - greek yogurt protein shake

L - turkey jerky

D - cobb salad

Saturday:

B - carnation instant breakfast w/almond milk

L - greek yogurt/pineapple protien shake

D - pork roast and broccoli
      1 s/f russell stovers candy

S - chili

Sunday:

B - greek yogurt/pineapple protein shake

L - I think I forgot lunch

D - turkey meatloaf w/peas and spoonful of mashed taters

LNS - skim milk w/splenda

I think that's right...not too sure!

Ok......

Friday
B:  Carnation instant breakfast with 8 oz. milk
L: slice of cheese pizza and small garden salad with balsamic dressing
D: went out for Tapas.....ate too much.....was in pain. 

Saturday
B: leftover baked oysters from dinner last night, slice of 2% cheese,
L: a hodge podge.....1/4 cup trail mix, 1/2 apple, 2 stuffed grape leaves, 2 TJ's mini wheat pitas with 2 Tbsp TJ's hummus
D: 1/2 Chipotle Burrito Bol (easy on the rice)
S: Edy's NSA butter pecan ice cream, smucker's SF caramel topping

Sunday
B: whole grain tortilla w/ 3 slices center cut bacon & 1 slice 2% cheese
L:  other half of my Chipotle Burrito Bol, 2 stuffed grape leaves
D: terriyaki chicken thigh with a skewer of green/red pepper, onion, and pineapple
S: Edy's NSA butter pecan ice cream, Smucker's SF caramel topping
