O M G!!!  Sounds like a non-operating invisible fence!!!  What if, God forbid, you WEREN'T able to separate them all, and you and/or yours were BADLY bitten or worse?  What then????

I HATE irresponsible pet owners.  Ranks right up there with irresponsible parents.

GRRR!!!

not all dogs respond to invisible fence.   a lot of newfs don't.  and rotties and labs can easily ignore it too.

Okay, Nessa, clearly, you ARE a responsible pet owner!!!!  It makes sense (to me, anyway), that the "meatier" dogs WOULDN'T respond - kind of like my brother the mailman said that a blast of Mace is like a spray of Binaca to a pit bull or a rottie!!

I just think it's incumbent upon pet owners to keep their pets safe from others and vice versa.

oh i totally agree.

and any pit bull that goes after a mailman has been badly socialized.  Pittys are delicious and goofy when raised right.  they love people.  they get a bad rap.

now CHOWS... ugh they'll bite anyone....

When I was married, decades ago, a sweet pit by the name of George lived across the hall from us!!!  He was just as you said, big, dopey, goofy, just all in all loveable.

My brother's been bitten or chased by just about every breed.  I think the time that scared him the most was a rottie who charged and busted a locked screen door to get at him!!  God help the postal customer who owns a dog that seriously mauls my brother!!!  And it WOULDN'T be the dog with whom I would take issue!!!!
