in 2 weeks i have only lost 1lb!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so not gonna reach my goal of a 5lb weight lost this month!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am soooo upset!!! i have been tryin really hard to follow my diet!!! what am i doing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! i lost so much weight last month and now im stuck!!!! uggg i hate freakin food right now!!! i feel like throwing everything in my cabinets and fridge in the darn trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stalls are normal every now and then.  I know how frustrating it can be but I've found that if I up my protein or fluid intake OR both, it makes the scale move again.

what can i do to UP my protein?? how much fluid am i suppose to get in a day!!! i try and drink about 3 bottles of water a day and thats 24 oz in one!!!

You're still pre-op right - I can't remember?  If so, cut out as many carbs as you can (bread, pasta, sodas, sugars).  Try adding a protein shake daily.  You're getting a little over the minimum water recommended, try adding one more bottle.

I'm sure Cira gave you some more in her PM.  Let us know how you make out!

I totally understand your frustration.  I remember going through the same thing when I was doing my supervised visits with DVR.  

Alot comes into play when you need to lose weight.   Maybe I can help you with some pointers to lose the 5 for this month.  I remember gaining 6 pounds the month before my last supervised month. I was freaking out and I really buckled down to lose it right back by next next weigh in.

Let me know if you want me to give you some pointers. 

Heather is right uping the protein and fluids will definitely help a lot.

i have been on this plan since febuary

the 18th or so is when my period is due

i think i am gettin enough fluids!! i drink at least 3 bottels of water a day! each bottel is 24 oz (how much should i be gettin???)

shoot exactly everything that is "low fat" "sugar free" stuff that you eat when your on a diet!!


any suggestions would be helpful!!!!

i'd cut back on the sugar (low fat tends to have sugar to make up for it esp in say salad dressings)

and are you having carbs... bread? rice? potatoes?
