Tia thanks so much and yes while its nice to look better...lol BY FAR the best thing is I actually feel my youth. I am 29 years old and for once I actually feel like it! Its nice to feel so healthy its such an awesome feeling!

Why I havent done *everything* right...lol I have tended to follow my program pretty strictly. I had alot of weight to lose so I wanted to maximize these first several months of weight loss!
