Hello!  My turn to start the morning routine today?

Bri just called traffic is bad.

let's see what's new:

my kid (16 female) has atypical strep.  no sore throat it's in her belly!  she's home today!

i'm at work.   I think i'm going out to lunch with my BFF (to celebrate my upcoming ugh birthday)

Brian is loving atkins coconut bars for breakfast

should we do gratefuls?

i am pretty awesome so i can understand why you are grateful ;) how do you have strep in your belly. very weird and sounds very uncomfortable. hope she feels better soon.

i'm grateful i have my first group today, i am going out with hubby friday and going out with gf's on saturday. i have a full plate.

she feels pretty crummy.  her throat is red it just does not hurt.  she's on antibiotics and will be able to return to school tomorrow if she feels up to it.

doc said to get a new toothbrush that strep lives on the toothbrush.

I'm grateful for:

1.  It's Friday-eve!  :)

2.  My Smart forme order came in today so my protein will be higher for breakfast!  :)  (And I get to eat oatmeal again!!!)

3.  I have another fun jewelry class this weekend.   :)

my 16 year old is the BABY!  she's my stepdaughter actually but i've been full time momma to her since she was just past 10!  she and dad moved in with me however April 2004... so almost 5 years in the house with me.

my OTHER kids are (get ready)
OS (who is emotionally disbaled and lives in a group home) going to be TWENTY-FIVE next month.
YS (my youngest birthbaby) is going to be 23 in July.  

I was married when both were born.  I'm going to be 49 on Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!

oh YS emails me last night with  "mommy i need child support"    he  a. never calls me mommy  and b. rarely contacts me.    I sent a check right away.   he graduates Drexel in June.

Wow!  I would have never guessed.  :) 

One of my students went to Drexel a few years ago and another of my students just got accepted there. 

I bet you still get carded!  LOL  (I used to get carded for cigarettes.  My husband is five years younger than me and never got carded!)

my husband is 11 years younger than I am....

Hello Nessa sorry about your daughter hope she feels better soon. Honey you have so much to be greatful for. Sometimes we just dont realize what we really have... I am so glad that I have all of you to talk to sometimes its so lonley being overweight and no one accepting you no matter what kind of person you are.. I am glad to see that there are so many who communicate on a daily basis... Take care and have a wonderful day......

Sorry to hear about your daughter's strep.  I've actually never heard of atypical strep and it being in the belly...that does not sound like fun!!

I just have to laugh, everytime I see the subject line Good Morning, it reminds me of the Good Morning Good Morning song from Singin' in the Rain:
